Brian Bedford

Bedford started off his successful playing g career at Bournemouth AFC, scoring over 30 goals in only 75 appearances for the club before moving to Queens Park Rangers in 1959. At QPR, he made over 250 appearances for the club and scored a very prolific 180 goals, including 33 goals during the 1960 – 1961 season. He later on enjoyed a spell playing for Scunthorpe United FC.

Les Allen

After starting off his successful playing career at Chelsea in 1954, the play moved to Tottenham Hotspur in 1959, making 119 appearances for Spurs and netting in a prolific 47 goals for the club. He joined QPR in the summer of 1965 and went on to make 128 appearances for the club scoring an incredible 55 goals. He helped Rangers win the league cup during his time at the club.

Rodney Marsh

Marsh started his career off playing for Fulham in 1962; he spent four years at the club before moving on to play for Queens park rangers. He helped the club to promotion in 1972 and helped them win the league Cup final in 1967. In total he played 211 times for the club, scoring at a prolific rate, 106 goals. Between 1972 and 1975 he enjoyed a three year spell playing for Manchester City, in total notching up 118 appearances and scoring an impressive 36 goals. He helped take Manchester City to the final of the 1975 league cup, however they lost to Wolves. Marsh went back to Fulham during the 1976-77 season, joining up with George Best and Bobby Moore.
